用途:

特點:

高(gao)低溫冷熱(re)(re)沖(chong)擊試(shi)(shi)驗箱設備分(fen)為高(gao)溫箱,低溫箱,測(ce)試(shi)(shi)箱三部分(fen),采*之(zhi)斷熱(re)(re)結構及蓄(xu)熱(re)(re)蓄(xu)冷效(xiao)果(guo),試(shi)(shi)驗時待測(ce)物*靜止,應用(yong)冷熱(re)(re)風路切(qie)換方(fang)式將冷,熱(re)(re)溫度導入測(ce)試(shi)(shi)區(qu)實現(xian)冷熱(re)(re)沖(chong)擊測(ce)試(shi)(shi)目的。

采(cai)用(yong)(yong)的計(ji)測(ce)裝(zhuang)置;控制器(qi)采(cai)用(yong)(yong)KW-900型7.0/10.4寸大型彩色(se)液晶(jing)人機觸控對話式(shi)LCD人機接口控制器(qi),操(cao)作簡單,學習容易(yi),穩定可(ke)靠,中,英文顯示完整的系(xi)統操(cao)作狀況、執行及設(she)定程序曲(qu)線(xian)。

具96個試(shi)驗規范獨立設定(ding),沖擊(ji)時(shi)間999小(xiao)時(shi)59分(fen);循環周期1~999次可(ke)(ke)設定(ding)可(ke)(ke)實現制冷機自動(dong)(dong)(dong)運轉(zhuan),zui大程度上實現自動(dong)(dong)(dong)化,減(jian)輕(qing)操作人(ren)員工(gong)作量,可(ke)(ke)在任意時(shi)間自動(dong)(dong)(dong)啟動(dong)(dong)(dong)﹑停(ting)止工(gong)作運行;

高低溫冷熱沖(chong)擊(ji)試驗箱(xiang)箱(xiang)體(ti)左側(ce)具一直徑50mm;之(zhi)測(ce)試孔,可供外加電源負載配(pei)線(xian)測(ce)試部件(jian)。

1、冷(leng)熱(re)沖擊試驗箱低溫(wen)儲存箱:箱內(nei)(nei)溫(wen)度(du)狀(zhuang)態由風道中的加熱(re)器(qi)(qi)、蒸(zheng)發(fa)器(qi)(qi)以及風機(ji)的工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)狀(zhuang)態決定。經過(guo)(guo)膨(peng)脹閥節流(liu)流(liu)出的制冷(leng)劑進入工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)室(shi)(shi)內(nei)(nei)蒸(zheng)發(fa)器(qi)(qi)后(hou)(hou),吸(xi)收工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)室(shi)(shi)內(nei)(nei)熱(re)量并氣化(hua)(hua),使(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)室(shi)(shi)溫(wen)度(du)降低;氣化(hua)(hua)后(hou)(hou)的工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)質被(bei)壓(ya)(ya)縮機(ji)吸(xi)入并壓(ya)(ya)縮成(cheng)高溫(wen)、高壓(ya)(ya)氣體進入冷(leng)凝器(qi)(qi)中被(bei)冷(leng)凝成(cheng)液體,再(zai)經篩(shai)檢程(cheng)式,zui后(hou)(hou)通過(guo)(guo)膨(peng)脹閥節流(liu)后(hou)(hou),重新又進入工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)室(shi)(shi)內(nei)(nei)蒸(zheng)發(fa)器(qi)(qi)中吸(xi)熱(re)并氣化(hua)(hua)然后(hou)(hou)再(zai)被(bei)壓(ya)(ya)縮機(ji)吸(xi)入壓(ya)(ya)縮。如此往復回圈工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo),使(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)室(shi)(shi)溫(wen)度(du)降到設置的溫(wen)度(du)要(yao)求

2、高低溫沖擊試驗箱高溫儲存箱:中(zhong)央控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)器從感溫元件(jian)檢測(ce)即時信(xin)號,與設定溫度信(xin)號進行比(bi)較(jiao)(jiao),得到比(bi)較(jiao)(jiao)信(xin)號,由儀表PID邏輯電路輸出(chu)信(xin)號控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)固態繼電器的(de)導(dao)通或(huo)關斷的(de)時間比(bi)例調節加熱(re)器輸出(chu)功率大小,從而達到自動(dong)控(kong)溫的(de)目的(de)

3、沖擊溫度(du)測試(shi)箱:由儀表自動(dong)(dong)控(kong)制高低溫氣閥(fa),在低溫或高溫儲存室之間切換,分(fen)別與高溫箱或低溫箱形(xing)成(cheng)閉路(lu)空氣循環系統,迅(xun)速達(da)到試(shi)驗的(de)(de)目標溫度(du)。試(shi)驗箱內溫度(du)狀(zhuang)態(tai)由風(feng)道中的(de)(de)加(jia)熱器(qi)、蒸發器(qi)、及(ji)風(feng)機的(de)(de)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)狀(zhuang)態(tai)決定。試(shi)驗箱工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)室內采(cai)用強制軸流(liu)“散性"式(shi)回(hui)圈風(feng)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),可以大(da)大(da)提高設(she)備運行的(de)(de)波動(dong)(dong)度(du)、均勻度(du)等參(can)數。
